The Ashcroft Academy is now widely recognised as a professional training centre for young and adult actors. We are committed to keeping abreast of all current developments within the entertainment industry. The agency endeavours to advise and guide academy pupils, and can provide the opportunity for actors to go on many auditions.
We are pleased that many of the pupils who attend our academy on a part time basis and stay in main stream education have still been able to secure a career in the acting profession. This is a testament to that fact that it is not always necessary to go to a full time acting college or stage school to become an actor. This also brings great relief to those parents who are not in that financial category or whose child has been refused entry into a vocational institution.
The most important quality for a performer to have is talent, perseverance and determination.
Agency clients may be sent for television, film, radio and theatrical auditions. We are able to give advice, guidance and consideration enabling actors to commence their careers with secure knowledge and basic introductions necessary for finding professional employment.
